By downloading or using Drip, you agree to these terms of service.

Service Description

Drip is a weather app that displays:

• A countdown to the next weather change
• Forecasts based on your location
• Weather alert notifications (Premium version)

Premium Subscription

Premium Features

• Live Activities (Dynamic Island, Lock Screen)
• Custom widgets
• Notifications before weather changes
• Morning weather summary

Pricing

• Free trial: 7 days
• Monthly: Billed monthly after trial
• Yearly: Billed annually (save ~33%)

Billing

• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime in your Apple account settings

Refunds

• Handled exclusively by Apple
• Contact Apple Support for any refund requests

Weather Data

• Weather data comes from Apple WeatherKit
• We do not guarantee 100% forecast accuracy
• Forecasts are indicative and do not replace official weather alerts

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to bypass paid features
• Not copy or redistribute the app

Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is"
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on forecasts
• For dangerous weather conditions, rely on official sources

Intellectual Property

• The app, its design, and code are protected
• "Drip" and its logo are our property
• Weather data: property of Apple (WeatherKit)

Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.

Termination

• You can stop using the app at any time
• We may suspend access if terms are violated

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
